Analyzing the Industrial World
From Anywhere, For Everyone

Operating globally to bring transparency to industrial repairs. We serve clients from Tokyo to Texas with pure engineering data.

SISTEMOVA
Problem Statement:

The Conflict of Interest in Repair

In the industrial world, when a machine fails, the standard response from dealers is almost always: "Replace the whole unit." This isn't necessarily malicious; it's their business model. It's faster for them, carries less liability, and generates higher revenue.

But for you, the asset owner, it means paying $5,000 for a module that failed due to a $10 component. The industry lacks a neutral referee.

"We don't sell parts. We don't sell repairs. We provide objective engineering data. This makes us the only neutral party in the room."

Sistemova Global exists to solve this conflict. We use root cause analysis to verify if that expensive replacement is scientifically necessary. We are the independent analysts of the repair industry.

NO CURE, NO PAY POLICY

No Insight? No Pay.

We are confident in our engineering capabilities. If our analysis cannot determine the root cause or fails to provide actionable technical insight, we do not charge you.

We sell value, not just hours.

/// CLIMATE IMPACT

Repair is Recycling.

Every time a "full module replacement" occurs, a complex circuit board containing gold, copper, and rare earth metals is thrown into a landfill.

By identifying the single failed capacitor or chip, we extend the life of the asset and prevent kilograms of toxic e-waste. Component-level repair is the most direct form of industrial sustainability.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about our analysis process.
Do I need to ship the broken part to you?
No. We are a technical data analysis firm, not a physical repair shop. We analyze the failure remotely using the data, photos, and measurements you provide.
How can you know what's wrong remotely?
Industrial failures follow specific physical laws. A "DC Bus Overvoltage" error combined with a specific physical burn mark on a PCB tells a clear story. It's like a radiologist reading an X-Ray.
What if you can't find the problem?
Our "No Cure, No Pay" policy applies. If the data you provide is insufficient for a conclusive report, there will be no charge for the screening.
Do you repair the part yourself?
No. We verify the quote and diagnosis. We tell you: "The quote lists $5,000 for a module, but the failed component costs $20." You use our report to negotiate or find a specialized technician.
